By removing all pressure from your body and insulating your mind from outside stimuli, it is possible to take your mind to the Theta Zone (Practised by monks).
It is the equivalent of approximately 6 hours physical and mental rest. It is no wonder we have a loyal and regular clientele for this fantastic therapeutic session lasting 1 and a half hours.
